Survived Day Two
Well I made it through my day at work. We were celebrating a birthday. I am so proud of myself. I did not eat any of the food that was taken in. I took my almond milk, protein powder and frozen blueberries and had a protein shake for my lunch. Eats for today: Still trying to do the 5 DPT. Strayed a little at dinner tonight though. Had a salad.

B-Premiem protein shake
coffee with 10 calorie creamer
L-Blueberry Protein shake
coffee with 10 calorie creamer
D-1 cup of salad with FF Italian dressing
S-Greek blueberry yogurt
later had another yogurt
Calories figure to be about 1100 for the day. Did 30 minutes on treadmill = 203 calories.
On to day 3 Tomorrow.
