Hello Group,
Trying to do it. I got in a walk today, day 6. The weather was much colder yesterday, today was tolerable not as cold. Today I had my little partner with me, my son. I walked and he rode his little big wheel. He through me off a little with some constant stops, but we had fun and got it done! finally. I like walking, and I am feeling stronger already, building some stamina! trying to walk away these unwanted regained pounds!
Food choices:
B- Breakfast sandwich,
S-Protein suppl.
L-yogurt and banana, & water
S-sm. bag of popcorn ( I used to eat the big bags b4 surgery)
D-?
S-carrots and dip.
Need to get in more water today/eve. Not sure what I want for dinner? keep you posted later on that.
Got to get back to my essay, will check in later perhaps.

Are banana's okay in moderation? like not everyday but some?
