Day 3 BOTT
I joined this group a few month ago and I have read most of everyone's posts. I have had so much inspiration from them. I had an RNY in November 2011. I was able to reach my goal weight. Over last year I have become over confident and not following my eating plan and exercise. Of course this has resulted in 35 pound weight gain. So today is day three of being back on track. I actually find I am full now that I have cut all the bad carbs out. Of course night time is the worse when I want to snack. I look forward to be part of this group. Comment suggestion are welcome.
Exercise
30 minutes walking the dog after work in 39 degree weather

Greek yogurt

Cottage cheese 2%
Sugar free jello
Lunch
Canadian Bacon
Savoy Cabbage
Dinner
4oz boneless Pork Chop
2/3 cup of green beans
1/2 slice ww bread

I am just getting past, the 1st. wk. and it seems like an eternity? I read somewhere it get's better after like wk. 3. I am just trying to stay focused be patient with myself. Today was my 3rd. day of Exercise! I wanted to walk out doors like I did yesterday, but it was too cold! low 30's. And too cold in the basement to walk on the treadmill, so I put in one of DVD's Walk away the Pounds! let's just say I got through it. I am beyond out of shape right now.
