TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My eats for today are:

 

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

2nd Breakfast:  Oatmeal

Snack:  Fiber One Cake

Lunch:  Wendy's Chili

Snack:  Fiber One Cake

Dinner:  Bean Tostado

Snack:  Deep Chocolate Vitatop

Exercise:  Bike

I hope everybody has a great day and weekend.  Remember your vits and fluids.

Tess, I jumped the gun!!!  I'm happy to know you are "here". 

I must admit, it felt a little strange starting without you!  You have become such a wonderful start to my morning routine.

Don't you love this site?  Therre are just some things that certain people are supposed to do. Tess you somehow got assigned to starting the daily thread. There's no way out of it. But having said that, I'm going to go post on Gaby's thread.

Iris I will gladly step aside and let you or Gaby or anyone else start the thread off.  Sometimes I am an early bird and other times I am late.  Please don't wait on me to start if I am not up by 9:00 AM your time.  I will gladly post on anyone's site that starts the thread.  Have a great weekend!

l left over bean soup(yummy) surprised I have some left over 

d fajita chicken with peppers and jalapeños tomatoes and romaine wraps

The next 2 lbs from the 10 lbs gain while sick - are gone. Now only 5 more lbs to get into my "zone" . Now the real work begins... lol..

I am slowly getting better.. Still have sinus drainage and some cough.. but  nothing like before... and with the good cough syrup that I can take at night - I can sleep now.. 

Cat is being "mama's baby" every evening and morning.. she has to sit on my laps. She sleeps with/on me every night... but last few days she also tries to "heal" me mornings and evenings..  cute cat. 

Eats today: 

Coffee x2 + vitamins
tea
letcho (veggies+ sausage)
nuts,  more tea
sausage stick links.. 

D: not sure but probably meatloaf with some veggies or we go out..

BKF

Protein Shake

Greek  yogurt

Lunch

left overs from dinner

cheese stick

Dinner

4oz chicken tenderloin , 1/4 pasta sauce, 1oz go dream field pasta

snacks

SF jello and Greek yougurt
