Getting some good results? I think??
Hi group, <br />
I am a born again BOTT-survivor, (a little over a wk.) The longest week of my life!!<br />
Food modifications and exercise is happening, so my result was some wl.?? but what I am not sure. Do to the fact that my scale was yo-yoing on me? I got 4-different wts. So in order to continue to keep myself motivated! I will take the lowest wt. lol. Of course!<br />
I may considered getting a newer scale? don't' worry I don't weigh everyday, all day. obsessing over it, completely. My plan was not to weigh until the end of the month, but going through the desiring wl stage is hard, not to wonder? Am I losing wt.? My coat is fitting more comfortable vs. tighter as it had been, so that in it's self is a good sign.

Breakfast: 2-eggs(scrambled & toast. ( debated over the two slices)
Snack: Protein suppl. & H2O
Lunch: yogurt w/ walnuts & crackers/ cheese & a few pepperoni slices.
Dinner: HC-frozen Entrée and small salad
Snack: small bag of popcorn and or yogurt?
How did I do? Normally breakfast is just the protein supp.w/ maybe fruit if I am really hungry. Today I was off, and I wanted eggs and toast, so I had it. I can walk the toast slices off later?
