Hump Day ! Yay !! Evil virus be gone !
Concession went ok last night.....we did well financially, but I did break down and nibble on a snickers bar until it was all gone....at least I nibbled and only ate one !! Snickers are a BIG weakness for me !! Always have been. Back in the day ( when I had periods) I ate at least one a day and don't even get between me and my snickers!!! I am better now, but the temptation did me in last night. The rest of the day, I did great on my eating.
my eats ........took vits this morning
breakfast.....protein shake
lunch...........turkey and veggies
snack......... apple
dinner.......leftover beans and cornbread......we are leaving tomorrow to go to my 3-year old granddaughters birthday party in Fort Worth and I don't like to leave food to waste. I am excited for the trip !

Oh great....and now comes the dumping.
It was definitely not worth it. I'm taking the last three in the bag (that a saboteur gave me for Christmas) and putting them on the breakroom table. Live and learn...and re-learn again.

Ouch. I can and do eat the 85% or at least 72% cocoa dark chocolate. I keep the milk chocolate handy only for my RH issues That is the only god thing of having RH - I can eat things that normally would not dare touching - Like candy, milk chocolate even (gasps) oreo cookies.

After all if holidays being good then steady in new plan hit a brick wall I just said forget it we ordered pizza I ate it all night and for breakfast. I had a gain then lost it a couple of days later. I don't know how to work my body at all. It's such have fine line if I eat to little I stop losing if I workout to much I stop. So for now I'm not stressing anymore my cloths fit good I'm down the inches I was when I was two weeks ago so I'm trying now to create more efficient foods today I made a Asian peanut chicken lettuce wraps and then thought of a new soup with ham chunks, carrots butternut squash onions and celery and great northern beans yummy. Let's see if my body holds carbs from beans and veggies probably knowing my body I just want to get to a place where something works in still on top of exercise that will never go away I love it too much... Well nite nite all
