Good Morning Botters! What day is it!!!!! It's HUMP Day!!!!
I love the middle of the week. It means the week is half over and only two more days to the weekend. Living for the weekend. It is another cold day here in the south. Temps currently are at 28 degrees with a high today of 37 degrees. Got boots, corduroys and sweaters on today. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Fiber One Cake
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Fiber One Cake
Dinner: Steak & Cheese Lean Pocket
Snack: Deep Chocolate Vitatop
Exercise: Bike
I hope everybody has an awesome day and remembers to take your vits and drink plenty of fluids.
ok lets see if I can do this ... 100% decided to TRY...
em- coffee
b- 2 boiled eggs few asparagus ( baked them and turned the oven off opened the oven door and left them in and went take a bath when i came back they ended up like crispy asparagus frys..did not mean to do this but they were really good.)
s- protein shake
l- herb and garlic tuna pouch + egg
s- greek yogurt with strawberries
d- buffalo chicken salad might have a chobaini yogurt with fruit for my "something sweet" WHICH IS BETTER THAN CANDY OR CAKE!
ohh and i took calcium and multi this morning...drinking water too goal is to drink 80-100 oz
lets see if posting will help...well i know your advise does...if i take it and use it
Hump Day!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!! I have no idea why this excites me other than I'm simply one day closer to my beloved weekend and this one is a 3 dayer (is that a word?).
The plan for today is pretty simple:
commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Ham & Cheese Tortilla
snack: Cajun Trail mix
Lunch: Soup
snack: Greek Yogurt
Dinner: Sloppy Joes

We should get that cold front today and tomorrow.
Getting better every day. I picked up anther stronger Rx cough syrup last night. Took a swig after I came home (bleh) and did not wanted to eat anything. But ate 1 oz of peanuts just before bed.
The syrup stopped my cough but I had uneasy very light sleep and woke up with a headache.
Great thing is that I am getting better and my cravings for carbs are gone ..cravings for any food are gone.

vitamins and meds.
L: cold cuts, lettuce, tomato
S: got nuts... But not sure if I want them
d: not sure... But some meat and veggies or fish?

Oh how I live for the weekends, and it's nice to have humpday to mark that we are well on our way to another glorious weekend. 3 dayer is definitely a word in my world, Iris. Our weather is ridiculous....supposed to get up to 80-90 degrees today. ::shaking my head:: My poor horses don't know whether to grow their winter coats or shed for warmer weather. The best way to keep their inner furnace burning when the weather drops is to give them a constant supply of grass hay to munch on throughout the day and night. If the weather would just stay coldish for a few months, they could grow and keep their own natural insulation in the form of longer thicker hair all over. Oh well...just a little equine trivia thrown into the mix.
Breakfast: SF hot chocolate and a bit later string cheese
Snack: special k protein bar
Lunch: cottage cheese and tuna
Dinner: baked fish and green beans
Snack: hopefully a Deep Chocolate Vitatop (if I can stop by the grocery store on my way home from work)
