Tuesday, January 14th, Cardio & Cafe

Good Morning Botters:

I have been rushing all morning and I have just now been able to seat in front of the computer.  I hope everybody had a good Monday so now let's see what the rest of the week may bring.  My eats for today are:

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

2nd Breakfast:  Oatmeal

Snack:  Fiber One Cake

Lunch:  Quest Protein Bar

Snack:  Fiber One Cake

Dinner:  Garlic Chicken Lean Pocket

Snack:  Deep Chocolate Vitatop

Exercise:  Bike

Yesterday for dinner I had scrambled eggs with a flaky crossiant, 20 minutes later it all came back up.  No bread for me, must stick to the plan.....I hope everybody's Tuesday is going great.  Please remember those vits and fluids.

It's raining.....AGAIN.....I need sunshine. All I want to do is curl up somewhere and sleep. (Hibernate?)  At least if I'm sleeping, I'm not eating. If moisture is going to fall from the sky in January could it at least be snow?Today is one of those Bleeehhhhh.......kind of days. It's got to be this weather. We're not very busy at work so it makes for a very long day.

Today's plan:

commute: Coffee

Breakfast:  1/2 bagel with cream cheese

snack: ritz crackers (had to chase down my 2 fish oils that felt awkward)

Lunch: Soup & Salad

snack: Coffee

Dinner:  Leftover roast beef

You are welcome for the rain.  I had it here all day yesterday.  I had to drag myself out of bed this morning.  It is like I can not get enough sleep and I slept late on Saturday and Sunday both trying to catch up on missed sleep.  Let's hope we both feel better tomorrow.

Busy morning for me, too.

beautiful weather today.....in the 60's.....it is nice !

already took my vitamins and supplements.......

for today, I plan to put protein first !!!   I am working another concession and have been talking to myself all morning......no junk !!

my eats for today........

breakfast ................coffee/miralax

lunch..................turkey and cheese

snack..........boiled egg

dinner..........GOTTA BE CAREFUL......concession at 4:00........??   Not sure

later tonight........protein in some coffee.....already sounds good !!

I would work the drink fountain and avoid the bake goods and burgers.  Wow!  That is a tough situation to be in.  Good luck today!

I am still sick... most likely viral bronchitis or walking pneumonia... as long as I don't get secondary infection I should be fine in a couple of weeks.. 

I gained weight... but at this point breathing is more important, and trying to prevent ulcers... (got to eat something to take meds)  

With my food allergies - eating anything is a challenge... so as long as I can have food staying down... (any dense proteins that stay in the pouch - start coming back when I start to cough - not cool..so I gave up on eating dense proteins) 

I have to eat because when I don't - my BS starts crashing and I had to eat chocolate and other sweets to keep it up. It sucks.. 

On a good note - I hope the worse is over and now I can start recovering. Last night I had first "solid - dense " protein meal in a week and it stayed down.

Early Morning:  2 cups coffee w/SF hazelnut creamer

B:  2oz cheese on whole wheat tortilla

S:  7 Triscuits crackers & 1 TBS peanut butter

L:  Toss Salad, Kashi granola bar

S:  apple

D:  1.5 c Veggie soup, 24 Wheat Thin crackers

S:  none

TOTALS:  1485 calories, 65g Protein 

WEIGHT:  Pre-Op: 302, Current: 194 (Height:  5’ 7”)

Good morning BOTTs.

Dry weather here with dangerously low humidity...we are on "Red Flag Warning".

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EXPECTED. THIS IN COMBINATION WITH VERY DRY FUELS COULD
CREATE EXTREME FIRE DANGER AND/OR FIRE BEHAVIOR. 

I better go do a rain dance during my lunch break...that will surely count toward exercise for the day.

Breakfast:  SF hot chocolate with protein powder

Snack:  2 hard boiled eggs

Lunch:  cottage cheese

Snack:  protein shake

Dinner:  chili (again)  I made a big pot so it's too convenient to pass it up.

Snack:  string cheese and later SF hot chocolate

Have a nice day all...and start blowing that rain to the west please!
