Hitting a brick wall
So since new years i have been watching everything i put in my mouth. i am also making sure to get all of the protein in and i have been exercising (getting over 12000 steps in per day). I have lost 4lbs and now I am stuck! For the past 4days I have not lost anything. I just dont get what I am doing wrong?!
Absolutely nothing! You body is just catching up with the weight lost. It is now replacing that lost with fluid in the muscle which may or may not show a gain of about a pound and then in about 4-7 days you will lose another 1-3 lbs. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will come off just not as fast as the first time around.
