I could say:
I need to get back on track
I need to quit this insanity
I need to start walking everyday
I need to stop eating candy
I need to stop eating popcorn
I need to begin eating better
I need to make sure I get enough protein every day
I need to get my head out of my $$$ and pay attention to my health
So why can't I seem to do any of it? Geeeze!!
