hello everyone!  i was wondering what supplements everyone takes daily?

Calcium Citrate 600 mg. three times a day

B12 Subligunal 500 mg. one a day

Magnesium Oxide 400 mg. twice a day (when needed)

Iron carbon 63 mg. one a day

Vitamin D Dry 50,000 mg. once a week

1 Multi Vitamin Centrum Silver chewable twice a day

1 Calcium Citrate 500 mg. three times a day

1 B12 Sublingual 1000 mg. one a day

1 Vitamin D 50,000 mg. once a week

 

I have not found an oral iron supplement that my body will absorb yet, therefore, I receive iron infusions 1-2 times a year.
