This week is kicking my butt something awful. I promise y'all that I will answer questions and get back to my commentary hopefully today. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Fiber One Cake
Lunch: 1 Chicken Strip
Snack: Fiber One Cake
Dinner: Lean Pocket
Snack: Vitatop
Exercise: Bike

It's supposed to be nearly 70 degrees here this weekend after starting the week in single digits. UGGGGHHHH.....Mother Nature needs some prozac. I think it's the cold that's driving my poor knees crazy. At least we have some sunshine today.
The plan for today:
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Multigrain cheerios & fake milk
Lunch: Crockpot at work (it smells wonderful) basically a glorified chili
snack: Greek Yogurt
Dinner: 1 slice veggie lovers thin crust pizza and a side salad.
Gotta get the fluids in this afternoon. I've been pretty slack on them the past few days. Also have had to change around the vitamin & meds schedule to accommodate the knee meds for the next few weeks.

Here at work we call Thursdays "****" (Sure Happy It's Thursday). The only thing better than **** is T.G.I.F.!
I can see it from here, so I think we're gonna make it.
Breakfast: greek yogurt
Snack: SF hot chocolate; vitatop
Lunch: tuna with cottage cheese
Snack: string cheese and V8 juice
Dinner: homemade chili made with veggie crumbles
Snack: SF hot chocolate with protein powder

already took my vitamins and working on 3rd- 32oz container of water...
eats for today...coffee and miralax elixir
breakfast...........1 oz. turkey sausage/ 1oz. String cheese
no snack
lunch..................meatloaf and veggies
snack..................whatever fruit the cafeteria is serving today
dinner...................chicken and veggies
snack...............protein coffee
