Back On Track Together
Saturday Eats and comments....☺️
The last weekend of my Christmas break from school and I still don't have Christmas decorations put away ! Part of my problem is the fact that this was the year I decided to go through ALL my holiday boxes and crates and organize and eliminate. Being a Christmas collector and collecting for 40 years, there is quite an accumulation of stuff !! I found two BRAND new still in the box trees that I forgot about !! So today HAS to be the day to finally get it put up or throw it away ! I have a wedding to attend tomorrow about an hour and a half away and with church in the morning, tomorrow is out of the question. Wish me luck !

I went through all of the Christmas boxes last year. It made it so much simpler this year. Good Luck getting to the bottom of it.
Today has been a very relaxing day. I got lots accomplished here in the house. A couple of big bags of stuff ready to be donated. Some off season clothes and jackets moved from the closet up to the attic. Way to many loads of laundry to be only ours (Either David or Cameron has opened a side business of laundry and they're not splitting the profits). Dogs fed and walked and just simply catered too. Then I managed to have some much needed me time this afternoon. A trip to Starbucks for a latte to go that I sipped and savored while getting a manicure and pedicure at my favorite nail salon. I feel physically and mentally nourished.
The meal plan today was fairly simple:
Breakfast: Cereal and fake milk
lunch: latte
Dinner: Beef stew with roasted vegetables
Exercise today was a long walk with Daphne the Terrorist. She's a pretty good walking buddy. She settles into my pace and seems to be enjoying it.
