I my Friday has started off with a bang so I got to be quick. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Fiber One Cake
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Fiber One Cake
Dinner: Lean Pocket
Snack: Deep Chocolate Vitatop
Exercise: Bike

It's a COLD day here on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The wind that's whipping in off the water is bone chilling to say the very least.
Today's plan is pretty simple:
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: small portion of french toast
Lunch: Chili on 1/2 baked potato with cheese & sour cream
snack: Coffee
Dinner: Chili on the other 1/2 of the baked potato with cheese & sour cream
If the kids behave today, we're going bowling later for some family fun and exercise. That should be entertaining.

Good morning BOTTs.
Happy it's Friday! I managed to get my house and Christmas tree undecorated and drug my tree out to the street along with the trash cans last night. I wanted to get it done so there wouldn't be pine needles everywhere for another week. Ahhhhh.....that was a chore but it's accomplished. My house looks so bare...I kinda like it.
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: V8 juice
Lunch: Weigh****chers garlic chicken spring rolls
Snack: Hot chocolate SF
Dinner: Don't know just yet, but will be protein and veggies of some sort
Snack: Vitatop (love the Deep Chocolate!!!)

My day has been filled with shopping and seeing the doctor for a kidney infection. Yuck !!
my eats have been ok.......
breakfast....coffee and miralax
lunch..........Golden Corral....2 oz.roast beef, green beans, a dinner roll and one chocolate dipped strawberry
snack...........cottage cheese and pineapple
dinner............2 oz. ham and 2 small pancakes and 2 tablespoons syrup
i hope to really get back on track next week when school starts back and I get back on my regular schedule. Traveling for 8 days during the holidays really got me off track !
i weighed at the doctor's office today, and was down 2 lbs. so although I haven't been eating totally healthy, I am not gaining !!
