Happy 2014 Everyone!!

My name is Deidra and I just joined this group! I am so excited to get to know all of you! A little about me . . .I am 36, I am a mother of a beautiful boy and girl (both of which have special needs) and a proud Navy wife! I had my gastric bypass almost 4 years ago. Since my surgery i have lost over 100 pounds. I was doing so good until my father passed away and my son got very sick. After that i feel like i have been out of control with my eating. I need to start getting control of my life again. I started the 5 day pouch test on Thursday and I have been doing good with it so far. I am looking for some friends to help keep me on track and I can do the same for them.
