Back On Track Together
Weekend BOTT
Hi guys.. I hope everyone is doing as good as they can. It is raining here in SC but other than that it is not bad. Yesterday I dragged my BF shopping and the roads were full of people. I thought that after holidays the stores would be empty but i guess so many other people thought so plus the rest were counting on post Christmas sales. We survived - though we both don't do well with crowd. We went home, made dinner and went for a movie. 47 Ronin. The movie was good. Back home and I was hungry again... Hey it was 3.5 hrs after my dinner.
Overall my food yesterday was good, and walking while shopping was the exercise. Today is another rainy day so i am not sure if we stay home and nap or do something.
Yesterday food:
Coffee + more coffee
Sausage stick x2
Seared tuna sashimi plus some green beans
Nut bar
Chicken with veggies (cucs, peppers, endive, pickles)
More chicken plus 1 cup of Blueberries with whipped cream.
Today meals:
Coffee x3
Sausage stick with cucumber salad
Chicken with veggies
Pork loin with sauteed spinach and other veggies
Blueberries or blackberries with whipped cream.
Exercise - meh... Maybe..

I am doing well.... Still traveling....been gone a week...traveled to Fort Worth and am currently in Midland, Texas with my oldest son and family....plan to head home tomorrow.
my eats this past week have not been good choices....holiday goodies and rich foods. I haven't really eaten too much, just the wrong things....am paying for it today with upset tummy.......will get back on track when I get home. I saw my surgeon last week and I am doing fine.....gained 18 lbs this past year, but, I thought I had gained a lot more....waiting on blood work results. My eats for today will be whatever my daughter - in-law makes....she is an excellent cook !! Take care BOTTERS and let's make it a great New Year !
Hala, I thought the same about the shopping after Christmas. Folks were everywhere! I did manage to snag a few rolls of Christmas paper half off and next years Christmas cards but after that, I went home with my half off Christmas cookies. I did not open the box, I was saving for New Year's Eve, but my son had a Christmas party to go to last night and those cookies went with him. Oh well, I guess I will make something yummy for New Year's Eve!
