Anyone want to join together to do the 5 day pouch test to kick off 2014 or is there somewhere on OH that people are doing it already?  I have gained back about 75 lbs of my 175 loss and feeling angry at myself.  I thought maybe a jump start would get me going in the right direction.

I would but I don't think I can do that.  I think I developed allergy to dairy (including whey) and few more things.

But what I plan to do is a decarb diet - 6 small meals just pre-measured  proteins and some very low carb veggies. With a lot of liquid in between meals.  That works well for me.

3 oz of meat or fish with 2 oz of veggies

Green tea or water... (Or coffee)

Plus daily exercise, to make sure things move nicely. Min 30 min.
