Hey, fellow Botter's....it IS a brand new day,  make the most of it !  Still traveling. So my eats for today are questionable.    I will try to eat sensibly and repeat my mantra....protein forward !    Have a great day !!

Beautiful Friday.   Last night I end up in pain (back pain) so I took 2 pain pills (normally take 1/2 or maybe 1)..  Today I feel like a new person.  I can see how some people can get used to drugs...  lol.   I was not really hungry this morning, but vy noon I was ready to eat. I think my decarbing worked beacuse a small meal and I fell full - stuffed. 

Today: 

coffee + coffee

green tea

chicken breast with pickles. 

tuna with pickles

dinner: not sure... we may go out or I will cook some pork chops and serve them with some veggies.  

Exercise - meh...not today..

Hey guys. Hope you all had a great christmas! We got back from disneyland Christmas day and had a blast! I was very proud of myself when it came to food and I even maintained my weight. And now back to reality and a week worth of laundry yuck! 

my eats for today:

B: 1/2c kix cereal, 1/3c milk, 1/2 banana. Coffee with creamer

l: ham and cheese hot pocket and small salad

d: grilled chicken with pasta and broccoli 

if I have a snack today it will be a string cheese. 

Lots and lots of water and need to get back to taking my vitamins. Have a good day!
