Good Morning Botts:

I had an emergency visit to the dentist this morning.  My temporary cap fell off last night around 10:30 PM while eating a little chex mix candy.  I should have known better.  Between the cheesecake, oreo balls and cupcakes this weekend, I have been in a self induced sleep coma all day on Sunday.  Back on track today and tomorrow.  Just got to make it through Christmas day.  I will probably not be on the site again until Friday so I am wishing each and everyone of you a very Merry Christmas.  Good luck on holding on to your eating plans.  I just want to get through without a gain if possible.

My eats for today will be the following:

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

2nd Breakfast:  Oatmeal

Snack:  Protein Shake

Lunch:  Leftover Corn Casserole

Snack:  Oatmeal

Dinner:  Something soft again

Snack:  Vitatop

Have a great day and a great week.  Remember to keep up with your water and your vitamins.

Happy holidays to all.. I had a great weekend. I am so excited to report that the scale has moved 7 lbs first I have seen in four months... I'm no longer skeptical to food in movement out as long as I keep it clean... I really am grateful for people on hear taking the time to read my posts. I was being good and not going crazy on foods I shouldn't be eating it was the fruit. I think for me sugar of any type is over. I was eating a small portion everyday. So I'm going to continue on my plan and see where this takes me. Maybe a lower goal now who knows I know one thing for sure seeing results is reassuring and keeps me pressing...

Merry Christmas BOTTs.

My wish for you all is lots of love and compassion.  I'm feeling a little slighted this week because I will only be off on Wednesday but on the other hand, I feel blessed for having my job.  Be careful with your extreme weather conditions, Tess, that sounds like you had quite a scare.  I'm glad you and yours are safe.  I imagine I will be checking in here every day this week, except for Christmas day.  (I do, after all, have to break up the monotony of my work day, ya know!)  Plus it keeps me mindful.

Breakfast; two chocolate chip cookies

Snack: protein shake

Lunch Wendy's side salad with a small chili poured over top of it (great idea Tess!)

Snack:  possibly another protein shake

Dinner:  shredded chicken tacos

Snack: I fear it may be another cookie or two
