That sounds like a great idea to do at Wendy's! 

You are welcome for the 72 degrees but I will try to hold onto the rainy part!!! 

By the way, today for lunch, I went to a grocery store and bought an imitation crab meat pack and a package of vitatops (I think it said Deep Chocolate).  I had my lunch, followed it with a vitatop and tossed the rest in the freezer here at work.

I have been MIA this week.....this is six week and semester test week and I have been busy .......I also have eaten so off track.........we have had homemade Christmas goodies in the office all week and I am going to be honest, I have grazed, and grazed, AND grazed.........haven't eaten real food.....just junk !  Probably not near as much as pre-WLS, but way too much !   Time to get BACK ON TRACK !!  I see my surgeon next week in Dallas, so I will find out how much I have re-gained this past year !  

My eats today.....breakfast......coffee and junk !!

                            Snack...........junk !!!

                            Lunch ........I had a half day today, so I am home and having soup.....😊

                             Snack.........grapes

                              Dinner.......?   Need to push protein

                     

                         Tomorrow is a brand new day.......make the most of the rest of today !!

We all knew going into the last stretch of the holiday week was going to be a tough one.  Even if you eat half right, it is better than going all the way under.  We have been missing you and glad to see you back here today.  My bad week will start on this Saturday and continue through New Years Eve.  I am just praying that I can keep it to a small indulgence and not go completely bonkers!
