Good morning ladies. It's been a busy few days. I feel like I have just thrown the "diet" out the window! My hubby's coworker lost her husband over the weekend and I made cookies and of course I kept some and ate them.... Than we went wine tasting.... And last night we went out to Cheesecake Factory and I gave in. I got a burger and if I hadn't eaten too fast and if it hadn't gotten stuck hubby would not have lunch today. I also got chocolate cake, which was so yummy that I had to have some for breakfast. Now I feel like poop......... I am going to toss it! My health is far more important! anyways here are my eats for today
b: bacon, scrambled egg, bit of cheese Sandwhich on bagel thin, coffee
s: some chocolate cake and milk
l: protein shake
s: string cheese if anything
d: grilled chicken thigh, mashed potatoes, salad
lots if water and about to take my vitamins
