Good Morning Botters:

I am having an office Christmas party this morning.  I will look for low fat and better choices to pick from.  We are having a brunch so it should be a lot of breakfast items to chose from.  What did I make?  Praline Pecan Cinnamon Rolls!  Low fat, no way, delicious?  Out of this world.  Am I going to have one?  I will pass but I am guilty of licking the icing spoon!  My eats for today are:

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

2nd Breakfast:  Oatmeal

Snack: ?

Lunch: ?

Snack: ?

Dinner:  Lean Pocket BBQ Chicken

Snack:  Maybe Popcorn

Exercise: Bike

I hope everybody has an awesome day!  Remember to take those vits and fluids.

Good Morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think this is the first time that I've ever seen that many ??? in your plan. OMG---Tess is human.  lol 

Enjoy the office party. Our attorneys and abstractors having been bringing in all sorts of goodies for us. I'm loving the peanuts. They've all realized that we're coffee snobs so there's an assortment of flavored grinds to enjoy well into 2014...all things considered, that's much nicer to our waistlines.

 

I'm definitely sore this morning from yesterday's fall. I really feel like I wrestled a snow plow and lost. Arthritis strength Tylenol is my new best friend. Bruises are showing up in places that I didn't know could bruise. hmmmm.....

Today's plan is:

commute:  coffee

Breakfast:  Peanut butter on whole wheat toast

Lunch:  Chicken Vegetable Soup

snack:  protein bar

Dinner:  BBQ chicken & Squash

dessert:  SF banana pudding

Not sure that there will be much exercising going on today. I'm going to stick to my moving around every hour so that things don't get stiffer and doing some stretching before bed tonight.

Yall have a great day. I'm going to enjoy my sunshine.

Iris:  You make me smile!!!! I read the "no witnesses" on the other post, and had a grin on my face from ear to ear.kiss Isn't it weird what we think of.  I didn't even think of broke tail bones just wanted to make sure I had no witnesses to the scene.  

I would have put down my normal menu but with so many choices I will try to make a good one.  If not, I will confess tomorrow!!!!

In the post from the other day that was making us all think about what we want to accomplish and what's holding us back....I immediately thought about tailbones and decided not to post it....so here goes.......

I honestly think part of not trying to lose the regain has to do with my tailbone. That extra cushion is keeping it from hurting so dang much. My aching ass (aka The Princess) was so severe that I was going to the pain management doc for the ganglion impar blocks....spinal blocks for the tailbone. It still gives me a fit depending on how I sit down. The princess prefers cushioning to the hard stuff (bleachers, porch steps, icy decks).

In God's sense of humor, he gave me a weight distribution problem. I don't carry any of it in the rear. All front and center where I can see it. lol.

That made me laugh!  I went through the "tail bone" issue twice!!  I even had a new cover made for my donut pillow that I took everywhere with me, even on the bleachers for everyone to see.  I didn't care, my tail bone was like the princess and the pea story, it felt every grain of sand.  It is so weird that when you lose the weight that it seems to go away from that area in particular.  It took me a good year before I could leave the house without my "donut".

Good morning BOTTs.

Tess and Iris,  you both make me smile.  I always say it's either laugh or cry so I try to laugh because I look like a bullfrog after a crying jag.

Heather went to school with a smile this morning...I pray that it will last throughout her day. 

Breakfast:  imitation crab (4 sticks)

Snack:  protein shake

Lunch:  imitation crab (the remaining 4 sticks in the package)

Snack:  apple and string cheese

Dinner:  chili w/ shredded chicken

Snack:  ?

Time for me to get back on track with my water drinking!!!  I've been slacking something fierce.

Just wanted everybody to know that I made it through the Christmas luncheon, diet mostly intact!  I ate a 2 inch square of egg, cheese and sausage casserole, 1 small roll with ham and mustard sauce, cantalope, apple slices, and grapes.  Here is the biggie, I ate a tiny, small, little bitty slice of german chocolate coconut pecan cake which was made especially for me for my belated birthday surprise.  (It was real tiny)!

yippeee for Tess!  Our parties are next for the office and I have to get my "plan" in place so I don't have my usual "feeding frenzy"  lol   :)

 

Breakfast:  chocolate protein shake ( I think that this is the only thing keeping me out of the office christmas treats)

Lunch:  popcorn and cheese (forgot my lunch at home and didn't have much to pick from.  stayed away from the Evil vending machine from the dark side.)

Snack:  Greek Yogurt

Dinner:  scrambled eggs with Canadian bacon and a slice of cheese with the salsa

Snack:  hot chocolate or maybe another yogurt

 

Have a busy evening planned so this should keep me from grazing mindlessly!
