Good Afternoon from snowy WNY!!
Love reading these posts for different ideas as Iam such as creature of habit.
Breakfast: Chocolate protein shake (add a tablespoon of SF/FF pudding to make it thick yum)
Snack: Hot chocolate
Lunch: one scrambled egg with extra egg whites and sliced cheese
Dinner: Scrambled egg with extra egg whites, sliced cheese and spicy salsa (i have been craving this combo every day lately)
Snack: pineapple greek yogurt
Trying to get down my water early as the past couple of nights I have had to get up in the middle of the night. Boooo Hissss hissss! I can't get back to sleep then :(
