Happy Hump Day! I will be out on the jobsite today so I will not be checking my email until later in the afternoon. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Fiber One bar
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: 1/2 Granola Bar
Dinner: Lean Pocket
Snack: Deep Chocolate Vitatop
Exercise: Bike

We had a really hard frost last night. Everything was beautiful this morning though and we had a beautiful sunrise. I think that's the first time I've seen it since sometime last week.
I decided to fill up the brid feeder this morning that's on the back deck. I got to see the beautiful frost covered deck up close and personal. WHAM!!! I am not graceful on ice. Of course my bad knee took the brunt of the impact. Arthritis tylenol, a heating pad and an ice pack are my friends. I hobbled into work and announced that I won't be leaving my cubicle until it's time to go home.
The plan for today is looking like:
Commute: coffee
Breakfast: Sausage Mcmuffin
snack: Grapes
Lunch: Chicken vegetable soup
snack: Cheese & crackers
Dinner: Fend For Yourself night....I'm thinking cereal w/ fake milk
Not feeling the workout today. Probably opt for a soak in a hot tub of epsom salt.

If you soak in the tub - please ice the knee really well after. Heat and inflammation and inflammation after heat therapy can really lock you knee (I 've done that)

So sorry for the fall but I want to know while you were laying there did you look to see if anyone saw you fall? That was my second reaction after I starting breathing again. Did that about 3 years ago on my work deck. Since then, I do not go into wor****il my boss calls me to say he has de-iced the deck. I hope your knee gets to feeling better soon.
Afternoon. Today is going by fast. I have a bunch of stuff to do before next week! Busy busy!
my eats: 1 scrambled egg with some cheese, 2 1/2 crescent rolls ( we bought a big box at costco and thank goodness that was the last tube!), coffee
s and maybe lunch: 16 oz shake with 8oz milk

working on my water, and going to take my vitamins, have a great day!
Good afternoon BOTTs.
Working a half day today and tomorrow so that I can take my daughter to her therapy sessions. Today is proving to be a rough day for her and emotions are high. One hour at a time....or even one minute at a time. I am hoping she will feel better after her session today at 2:30.
Breakfast: chocolate fiber bar
Lunch: small frozen bean burrito (ick)
Snack: banana
This is as far as my mind has gotten today...I am hoping there is fish in the freezer. Boy...these days are trying in more ways than one.
