Great article. It really is the stuff that we talk about and deal with daily. I think my most favorite line in the entire article is.. "If you are addicted to sweets, eating a little bit after surgery is like getting a little bit pregnant. It doesn’t exist."

I think it's time for me to spend some time with my journal and re-examine my relationship with food. In all honesty, I can be much more successful in losing this regain. So the question I must ask myself is "Why am I choosing to be hold on to my regained weight?" Obviously I'm using it to distance myself from something---it's my reason not to do something or become something more than I am today. hmmmm.....

Maybe 2014 will be the year of self-discovery.

Great article Iris.  I think this will make all of us re-examine the way we eat and why.  I may get me a rubber band to snap!
