My apologies for being late but it has been a rush day for a Friday. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Fiber One Bar
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Dinner: Cheese Pizza
Snack: Deep Chocolate Vitatop
Exercise: Bike

Good morning and happy Friday BOTTs.
What a morning!! I was training a co-worker and it was supposed to be from 8:30 to 9:30.....she didn't end up leaving my office until 11:00!!! Talk!!!!!!!!!!!! Tallllllllllkkkkkkkkkkkk! That woman can talk!!! She is really nice and I have known her for about 8 years but if she gets you one-on-one you are in for it. I can't tell you how many times I tried to "wrap it up" and give her the not so subtle hints that I had other work to be doing. I finally decided that maybe she just really needed to talk, things are a little unsettling at home, etc. so I listened and nodded when appropriate. I never even got breakfast or a snack and here it is lunch time. haha I won't waste away to a mere nothing, so no worries there.
Breakfast: nope
Snack: nope
Lunch: my head is still reeling from all the listening! I think I will go have a burger wrapped in lettuce and tomato.
Snack: protein drink
Dinner: baked fish with broccoli
Snack: string cheese and apple
It's raining here. (:

We went out to eat again yesterday and I got breakfast. I dint know why I still think I can have pancakes... I can eat homemade ones but a few bites of ones from a restaurant and ouch! This morning I felt like carbs..... And made up some cresent rolls I think I had 3 already! Yikes ill work harder the rest of the day

b: 3 rolls with butter and jam..... Leftover hashbrowns, coffee. I don't I really cared this morning....
s: shake
l: salad and ham, turkey, cheese, pickle rollup
s: another shake while I finish up little ones quilt
d: daddy is went to a hockey game so it's tea party picnic for us girls!
Poured my water and took most of my vits just need to take the iron. Hope you guys have a great day
It's FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's felt like such a long week. Gotta stop for a little grocery shopping on the way home and then it looks like I can settle in for the weekend. We've got the kiddos so there will be a ton of entertainment. I think we're supposed to get rain tomorrow and then COLD weather.
I bribed Cameron to clean house this afternoon. He only has a half day of school on Friday's and thankfully he can be monitarily motivated. Unfortunately not much has motivated me this week.
Food wise I've done fairly well today:
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Multigrain cheerios
Lunch: Grilled chicken sandwich & kid size coke
snack: trail mix
Dinner: Soup & Salad
I've got the meds & vitamins in already. 2 glass of decaf down and more to go this evening. Yall have a wonderful friday night.
