Back On Track Together
Thursday, November 21st, Cardio & Cafe
Ahh Turkey day. I still love the Holiday more than any other one. There's something about having the whole family together (and no one expecting gifts!!). It looks like David & I will be headed to the Mountains to spend the long weekend with my oldest son. He really wanted to take a few days off and come home but it doesn't look like the schedule is going to allow for it. So if the Mountain won't come to Moma, then Moma will just have to go to the Mountain. It's his favorite holiday too. David's kiddos are with their Mom for this holiday.
Today's plan is going fairly well:
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Multigrain cheerios with fake milk
Lunch: Crockpot chicken pot pie that the boss made...very good but had to limit the portion size to about 1/2 of what was in the bowl. Doughy foods don't agree with my pouch---AT ALL.
snack: Coffee (the office is eating Cake)
Dinner: Vegetable Beef soup
I wish I could say the knees were back to normal....still aching. I did download 2 books on arthritis and reflexology. I wonder how much this crazy weather we're having is messing with them. Maybe between my headaches and knees I'm just a walking, talking barometer.
Yall have a great day. I know I will.
