getting back on track
on monday i deceided to get myself back on track....so ive come up with the plan to do a shake in the morning, a snack, a shake for lunch, a snack and then dinner with the family of which i have been having chicken or fish and a veggie.....my snacks have been consisting of either protein bars, celery and peanut butter, hard boiled eggs..its been hard to drink the water again but im workin on it..in the last 2.5 years ive put on 60 pounds due to a medical issue im dealing with which caused me to lose my job of 17 years as well as my marriage breaking up so needless to say the depression came and has stayed but i have completely stopped all of the crackers, cookies, bread, cereal and am trying to get as close as i can to the basics..i weighed my self today for the first time and ive lost 5 pounds..so im very pleased..i just gotta keep plugging ahead even on a bad day
