I am just stuffing my face with a RNY friendly cheesecake - like stuff.
2 cups FF Greek yogurt
1 cup farmer cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese (optional - but if you don't add this - add a pinch of salt)
1 package of SF jello pudding mix (I love banana)
sweetener (I use liquid stevia)
vanilla - liquid..
Mix all together until really smooth and well combined ( I used my Vatamix - really love that thing - but almost any blender that can blend thicker stuff can do..)
Portion into 1 cup portions (if you don't - you may be tempted to eat more) , and let it set for 6-12 hrs minimum) soo good..
Eat as is or a dipping sauce for fruits..

I buy that in Whole Foods.. it is nice.. probably things like that can be also found in Trader Joe

Beautiful weather we enjoyed this weekend, even got cold enough to make the first fire of the year in the fireplace. It's such a beautifully cozy feeling with a fire crackling away casting a beautiful glow in the room. What a silly way to end wonderful weekends with MONDAYS.
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: greek yogurt
Lunch: Lemon peppered tuna with cottage cheese
Snack: protein shake
Dinner: Some kind of fish and asparagus
Snack: Vitatop
Water, water, and more water is on my agenda for today.
