This week is looking good for nice weather until Thursday. I had a busy weekend with family and friends plus I got a little shopping done too! My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Fiber One Bar
Dinner: Lean Pocket Garlic Chicken
Snack: Vitatop
Exercise: Walking
I hope everybody had a great weekend and a great start to the week ahead. Remember those vits and fluids.
Good Morning. It feels good to be back at work and settled in for a normal work week. Last week was a whirlwind. The class that I had to go to was very good. Lots of information and a good presenter. The potential was there for it to be very boring. Unfortunately the food was better than the class. Goodness!! Everywhere you turned was food. Plus the weekend prior was family time in the mountains. I'm feeling more stuffed than next week's turkey.
I didn't get as much exercise as I had hoped for. I guess it was all the driving but my Knees are Killing me. Lot's of arthritis strength tylenol and ice over the weekend. 2 pillows and the recliner were my best friend over the weekend.
Today is starting out pretty good:
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Crustless quiche (Mushrooms, peppers, onions & turkey bacon)
Lunch: Chicken tortilla soup
snack: Greek Yogurt w/ dry ranch and sliced veggies
Dinner: Spaghetti meat sauce & salad (skip the pasta)

Just filled up the tea jug/mug/bubba keg. Even with the achy knees, today's plan is 5 minutes every hour. Just stretching and walking. Gotta show them who's boss.
Oh, oh, oh.....I had an interesting appt Friday with the eye doctor. His office had been hesitant to schedule me because it hadn't been a year since my last apointment. I told them I didn't care to schedule the appt because something had changed. Oh boy had it every. I needed a much stronger prescription. Things had become blurry and it didn't seem to help wearing my glasses full time. He thinks it's due to the Vitamin D deficiency that I've had.
KEEP TAKING THOSE VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS!!!!!!!!!!

Good Monday morning Botts !! I had a good weekend and did well on my eating.....usually Saturday morning arrives and it is "eat everything that isn't nailed down !!!!!" This weekend, I did graze, but I kept it all within reason......no pigging out ! It is chilly today, but we may have snow by the end of the week ! 😳
My eats for today.........
breakfast........coffee and miralax................turkey bacon (2 slices)
snack..............pear ?
lunch...............turkey and cheese wrap (no tortilla) with lettuce, tomato and SF pickles !!
snack..............apple or popcorn ?
dinner...............meatloaf and veggies

Good morning! Had a pretty good weekend. We went to Cheesecake Factory for hubby's birthday dinner and I was pretty proud of myself; I allowed myself 2 slices of bread and had soup and salad for dinner, I also didn't order any cheesecake! I did get the strawberry shortcake but had half of it Saturday and the rest on Sunday. I still need to get my eating/ cravings under control epically before the holidays and disneyland. I am going to start the 5 day pouch test today and this time fini****! Wish me luck!

already poured my 32oz water and will try to have 2 of these today. About to take my vits. Have a good day. I have housework and lots of sewing to keep me busy today and a kitten and 3 year old. I think chasing after them will be my workout for the day!
