Don't let the scale get you down. You have caught yourself from doing real damage and you can do better the rest of the weekend and start fresh with a new week on Monday. Just don't weigh until you are back in the saddle and have shed those few pounds you are up. If doing the 5 day pouch test and get you on the straight and narrow then I say go for it!
