Don't let the scale get you down.  You have caught yourself from doing real damage and you can do better the rest of the weekend and start fresh with a new week on Monday.  Just don't weigh until you are back in the saddle and have shed those few pounds you are up.  If doing the 5 day pouch test and get you on the straight and narrow then I say go for it!  Have a great weekend.

That's for the pep talk! We are going to disneyland for Christmas and I know there will be a lot of yummy things to eat so I need to get this under control before than. That and I want to look better in the family pictures.
