Sorry I was missing in action yesterday. It was a rough day for me. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Fiber One Bar
Dinner: BBQ Chicken Lean Pocket
Snack: Deep Chocolate Vitatop
Exercise: ?

Tess, I am so glad to see you up and about today after I read what a rough day you had yesterday! I hope you are feeling much better today. By the way, I bought a box of the Vitatops that I saw in the freezer section at my grocery store last night. They were chocolate with chocolate chips and OMG............YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!
Breakfast: oatmeal
Snack: greek yogurt
Lunch: string cheese and an apple
Snack: 1/2 cup SF rice pudding cup
Dinner: Tuna stuffed tomato
Snack: Vitatop!!!
Still keeping a low profile with the exercise but I will definitely do some stretching tonight and who knows, maybe I will see if the yoga DVD fits into my player. (I bought it a couple of years ago but have never even taken it out of the packaging!)

Snack............pineapple or apple
Lunch.............ham and cheese roll-up ( no tortilla). I know, I have eaten that everyday this week. I purchased enough ham slices and cheese for the week.
Keeps me accountable and on track....I don't mind the same lunch everyday.
Snack............maybe some popcorn
Dinner............either chili or there is a new chicken place in town and I have been told it is wonderful, just might stop in on my way home.

Sounds good and yes, I am feeling much better today. I am taking things easy but I am back at work. You might want to check the sodium content on your ham if you are not buying low sodium. Ham makes me retain fluid just about every time I eat it. I gave it up finally. I do the turkey and cheese roll ups instead. Have a great day!
I have been doing horrible with my food choices this week and the scale let me know it! Ugh! Today is a new day and the last few days are over and time to change it.... Maybe I will do the 5 day again..... I plan on joining planet fitness today, has anyone gone there?

B: coffee and 16oz protein shake
L: salad with leftover tritip
s: laughing cow cheese wedge with pita chips maybe some grapes?
d: pancakes and bacon
s: another shake?
Already took my Multi and calcium. In a few hours I will take my iron. Need to go pour my water and try to get that done. Hope you guys have a great weekend
