I admire those that set their food for the day here. I have a difficult time doing this because sometimes I change my mind about which food to eat. So first I will record as I go and then maybe I will set it up for the whole day.
For today 11/15/13-
Breakfast-Frigo string-cheese x1 and vitamins.
Morning snack-
Lunch-
Dinner-

I do better if I have a plan and by stating this is what I am eating today, I tend to stick to it better.   Do I always follow it ?   No.  But I do try !    Good luck !

I have the old Richard Simmons mentality.  Remember those deal a meal cards?  I line up what I am eating each day and once I have had my meals, I am done for the day.  Am I perfect, no way, but I hit my goal at least 95% per week.  That is pretty darn good!
