Good Morning all,
After some great advice from a member here I am tweaking my food choices some like cutting out some ham slices with too much sodium. I have been staying the course and cutting carbs. and getting at least 70 percent protein. Next, I think I need to look at my fat intake because I use healthtracker and looks like I get too much of it. I love string cheese with almost zero carbs but it has quite a bit of fat-boo! Maybe a switch to light string cheese? I keep up my vitamins: sublingual b complex with b12, a b1, regular vitamins, and calcium chews. I do at least 64 ounces water, and since I have off today and all weekend I will be walking at least 5 miles today, tomorrow and Sunday! I bought the kindle 5 Day pouch test and understand this to be a good way to re-feel the stricture of the pouch. Have any of you read and did the 5 Day? What is your impression if you did do it? Do you recommend doing it? I was so upset and frustrated earlier in the week I almost confirmed an appointment with a surgeon for a consultation for revision. There are times I doubt myself that I can even get 30 pounds off let alone the 70 I need to lose. But I will press on and still have the goal of mid-February to allow myself time to lose. Still, if after lots of good hard , honest work I cannot get a good amount off- I will say 25 by February, I will go for a consultation. I am giving it the good fight and I am playing my "Rocky" music that I used to motivate me through nursing school to motivate me on this life long journey!! Hope everyone makes it an awesome day and night and sorry for such a long post!

You can do it but it wont be a walk in the park.  We are going into the holiday season where food is abundant around us.  I know though, if you can make it through Thanksgiving and Christmas, you will succeed in taking all your regain back off.  Journal daily and keep yourself accountable.  We are all here to help you along the way.  Have a great day!
