Good morning......I have been doing well eating this week. Yea, me !!
my eats for today....breakfast.....coffee and miralax and my vitamins
Strawberry protein shake....isopure
Lunch..........ham and cheese roll-up (no tortilla). And veggies
Snack..........apple or orange
Dinner..........? We will probably eat out before church
Snack...........pineapple or maybe SF/FF pistachio pudding that my hubby made last night.
i have been trying to stay away from diet Pepsi and drinking more water and tea...
