I hope everybody can locate us this morning. It is a new learning process. Still cold in my neck of the woods today but should be warming back up by Friday. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Fiber One Bar
Dinner: Lean Pocket Garlic Chicken
Snack: Fiber One Bar
Exercise: Bike
