Good morning, BOTT friends,
Quick post to make up for last night (Mon). I fell asleep from my pain meds and didn't get a chance to post. I did my recumbent bike workout early on Monday for 50 mins, covering 6.9 miles. My daughter said "if your throat wasn't cut and bandaged, I would never know you had surgery 3 days ago", lol! I'm not trying to overdo anything...just trying to stay focused as my next surgery is in a month or so, and that one will put me out of commission for awhile for sure.
My eats for Monday were:
B: 1 c All Bran with 1 c almond milk, 3 tbsps SF pumpkin pie spice creamer, 10 crushed natural almonds
L: small grilled chicken breast and wing, 1 c cooked cabbage
S: SF Vitatop, coffee with splenda, 3 tbsps SF creamer
D: 5 oz lean beef burger on sandwich thin, 1 slice RF cheddar, mustard, 1.5 tbsps each ketchup and relish
Gonna try to get some sleep in this am and rest this body. Have a great day everyone :)
