Back On Track Together
Back on track and down almost 5 pounds!
I am excited today! I started back on track maybe two weeks ago and I am now down five pounds! I figured out I was eating way too many calories and carbs. I have switched to high protein and vegetable, started taking my vitamins and I really do feel great! I keep a bottle of water with me at all times too. I am so happy to have found this site, I am inspired by all here. I have given myself a deadline of February 2014 to lose a significant amount of weight. If I cannot get a good amount off by then I will really look in to a revision. Had RNY in 2005 and lost from 275 to 130. Since then I regained to 203. I am now 198.2 . I am committed to maintaining my high protein lifestyle with exercise and losing my regain! Thanks for listening and being there!
