Back On Track Together
I finally got around to doing my first ever "plank"....
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got down on my office floor....got into the traditional push-up position and then went down onto my elbows. (Thought to self, "I can do this, I'm pretty strong.") 10 seconds into it I began to realize what the fuss was all about....I began to count faster and faster until I reached 30. Got up, feeling my face was on fire, checked the mirror...my face was redder than the tomato on my veggie burger!
Other than feeling like my face was about to explode, I imagine it probably had some affect on my "core" as well, since building core strength is what it's mostly about, from what I have read anyway.
