I had that.  My only regret - that I backed away to have that done 4 years earlier. Wonderful thing... My friend had that, and her friend.. could not be more happy.. 

I really need that ...

Morning! Started taking iron and vit D this week and I am feeling "full". Looks like time to add more fiber to my diet! I have a busy weekend planned, mostly around food.... Sunday we get to meet my cousins new baby boy and lunch to celebrate my husband on Veterans Day and maybe some wine tasting.... I'm going to try to stay on track today and tomorrow so I can enjoy Sunday.

my eats for today:

b: 16 oz protein shake, coffee and water 

l: salad

S: 6 pita chips and 1 laughing cow cheese wedge

d: grilled chicken and salad

Iron will definitely do that for you.  I have increased my fiber but so far gas has become my new buddy.  Even the cat leaves the room now!  Enjoy your weekend!

B protein shake with peaches

S apple

L home made veggie soup

so far 504 cal and 31 prot

If it gets too late, you can always have an extra protein shake.

You know you can add unflavored protein powder to your soup to up your protein count.  I use Unjury brand in my soups and cannot taste it at all.
