Morning! Started taking iron and vit D this week and I am feeling "full". Looks like time to add more fiber to my diet! I have a busy weekend planned, mostly around food.... Sunday we get to meet my cousins new baby boy and lunch to celebrate my husband on Veterans Day and maybe some wine tasting.... I'm going to try to stay on track today and tomorrow so I can enjoy Sunday.

b: 16 oz protein shake, coffee and water
l: salad
S: 6 pita chips and 1 laughing cow cheese wedge
d: grilled chicken and salad
