Getting back on track
This morning I wake up with a new attitude. Im going back to the basics for my pouch and setting my alarms on my phone for water and when to eat. This seemed to work for me last time
I moved in August and have been depressed and unemployeed but as of today that is all behind me. I have been blessed with a tool so here I go. If I post it then I hold my self accountable.

One additional thought for you. Lurking here doesn't help much, you have to actually participate. I can only speak for myself of course but I know that when I participate I have a better measure of success. It really helps me to keep my head in the game and on track. I know I can get the support I need here, always have! I've been working myself up to getting in gear and today has been a good day.
