Practicing what I preach and am participating! Whew! So far today I've been on the right track. Firm in my plan to make it all the way to bed time. Evening is when snacking becomes a problem. I have a couple choices lined up for a snack cuz I know I will need something. But I've planned it into my menu for today. Here goes!
B - greek yogurt
2nd B oatmeal & raisins
L protein shake with almond milk and frozen peaches
D Baked Tilapia, 1/2 baked potato, steamed broccoli, 2 t butter ( can't do spud without butter)
S Planned but not yet consumed. Apple or greek yogurt or turkey jerky
