My boss is out of town for the next 5 days. What should I do, what should I do? Oh wait, he left me his work to do.....I miss my boss already
My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Fiber One Bar
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: 1/2 Granola Thin
Dinner: Chicken Quesadilla
Snack: Vitatop Deep Chocolate
Exercise: Bike tonight
It is cold in my neck of the woods today, 40 degrees with a slow climb to 56 degrees later this afternoon. I hope everybody has a wonderful Thursday, it is almost Friday! Remember those vits and fluids. Have good one!
Been cold all week in my neck of the woods.......wet and cold....no snow, yet.......maybe next week.

dinner ..............out to eat with hubby before Middle School football games. .?? It is his choice tonight, so I don't know what I will be eating
snack................coffee with protein....after freezing at game, I am sure I will be having this with a little SF vanilla thrown in......

Good morning! I am recovering from a day (or most of it) of bad eating choices. Starbucks for breakfast and mcds for lunch I tried to backing at the last minute but I had already promised little one chicken nuggets. We got a meal to share and in bearly touched the fries so yeah me! Today is a new day and time to move on and do better.

Good afternoon. It's been a busy day at work so not much time for posting. I'm going to be MIA for the better part of the next week. Leaving tomorrow around midday to go visit my boy in the mountains for a long weekend. Then coming home Monday afternoon in time to meet the girls from work to go to a conference until Wednesday. 9 hours (minimum) of travel time on Monday....my tailbone is already aching just thinking about it.
I've got 2 seperate snack bags packed (1 for each place) with sugar free coffee creamers, splenda, Fiber One Brownies, cajun almonds and fruit. Plus all my vitamins and meds in my daily reminder container. Yikes!! I'm afraid I'm going to forget something important.
The plan for today:
commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Multigrain cheerios w/ fake milk
snack: grapes
Lunch: Frozen dinner (WW lasagna)
snack: coffee & Cajun almonds
Dinner: Tuna salad sandwiches
Got a short walk in at lunch time. There'll be extra trips up and down the stairs tonight while packing the Bronco (that's cardio & weights). Yall have fun and behave while I'm gone.

Weather is still hanging around 80 degrees during the day times. I am ready ready ready for some cooler weather. My work is so crazy though, at the first sight of coolness, they kick the heat way up. It does not make it fun to wear fall clothing when it's really warm inside the building. Ugh. Oh well, if that's all I've got to complain about today, it's a good day. (:
Breakfast: greek yogurt
Snack: nothing...nose to the grindstone at work
Lunch: taco bell bean burrito followed by indigestion!!!
Snack: protein drink
Dinner: tilapia w/lemon pepper and asparagus
Snack: SF jello
Very happy that tomorrow is Friday, my friends. The first week of each month really kicks my butt at work.
