Recently joined this board.....happy to have found others who have regrouped and gotten back on track. This is something I am trying to do and could use some support and ideas and to find if I have completely ruined my sleeve.  I have regained about 25 lbs. and really want to lose it.....I am NOT going back to where I came from.....HELP!!!

Welcome aboard!  You have not missed the boat and you can get back to where you were at.  If you are currently eating a lot of carbs you need to get off of them.  Go back to protein forward foods, 70 to 100 grams a day, net carbs around 50-75 a day, lots of fluids but none with your meals and wait until at 30 minutes afterwards before you start drinking, keep your calories around 800-1000 while you are losing and find some exercise that you like to do.  Walk your neighborhood or mall for 30 minutes a day.  You can do this, you just need to start!

Thanks for the reply.....I am on it.....I'll stay on this board for ideas and motivation from the rest of you.  I know it is a matter of getting back to basics and mindset... I have come too far to let this slip away.  I have to remind myself why I did this and push to get back on track...again thanks.
