Good Morning Botts:
Spent yesterday having every surface of my body looked at and poked at until I had finally had enough. Went home late afternoon and went to bed. I feel better today but these annual checkups to make sure you are feeling okay and that everything is functioning okay can take a toll on the body. I felt better before all this started.
My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: fiber One Bar
Dinner: Chicken Quesadilla
Snack: 1/2 Granola Thin
Exercise: Walking
I hope everybody has a great Tuesday and remembers to take all their vitamins and drink all their fluids too! Have a good one!
Not quite as achy today as yesterday. Still have no idea what caused that problem. Little on the stiff side but hoping that another walk at lunch time will get those kinks worked out some. Haven't been able to start the Yoga DVD's at home yet - you would know that the DVD player from the living room won't hook up to the bedroom tv. Now that it's unhooked from the living room system it's all a big tangled up mess. David has promised me to sort it out today while he's home. Something tells me that it won't happen today.
Got my vitamins & meds in already. Working on the fluids. I'm having a treat right now that I usually don't have-----a Cherry Coke Zero. It hits the spot.
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Cheerios & FF Fake milk
snack: Granola bar & now my "Coke"
lunch: chowder
snack: Cheese & crackers
Dinner: Grilled chicken salad
Getting my walk on at lunch time again today. Beautiful weather outside for it today. Hope yall have a great day.

Iris, I am glad that you are feeling somewhat better today. Maybe David will get that DVD working back fine. I started watching True Blood back in the summer and got through 1st and 2nd season and found out that the next 2 seasons my daughter had in blue ray which I do not own...Guess what I am getting for Christmas?

Today will be much better for you, Tess. It sucks, but it's necessary. I'm in the midst of biopsies and procedures and I will be glad when it's behind me, as well.
Breakfast: Protein drink
Snack: granola bar (I ran out of protein bars and low on shakes...trip to Costco very soon!)
Lunch: Tuna stuffed tomato
Snack: 15 almonds
Dinner: lemon-pepper tilapia and asparagus
Snack: SF jello

Morning! Was lazy yesterday so I have a bunch if housework to catch up on... Yuck! Maybe I will throw on some music and have a dance party with the little one.....

already took my vits and I'm going to fill up my water jug. I'm getting good at getting in one (32oz) so today's goal is 2
