Back On Track Together

It's Tuesday!

I've been MIA for quite a while now.  Between being hospitalized for depression and ECT treatments to having back surgery 2 weeks ago.  I'm ready to start my life.  Since I'm technically "disabled" for a few more weeks and am in a body cast, there's only so much I can do.  I've started my breakfast and lunch with protein drinks.  If I get snacky, I'll have a ham and cheese roll-up.  My husband takes out dinner from the freezer.  In preparation for my surgery, I make 21 dinners to freeze.  All "healthy" dinners.  So, I think I'm being pretty good, since I'm stuck in the house.  Hopefully, everyone has a great day!
