Good morning!! It certainly feels like Fall here this morning. Windy, cool & crisp but LOADS of sunshine. Only getting into the upper 50's for the high today. Love it!!!!

I just reordered my Vitamin D3....10,000iu found them on Amazon for $19.99 for 360 of them and free shipping. I'll take it. I'm planning a walk at Lunch time. When I woke up yesterday, every joint in my body ached. It's a bit better today but I'm spending a whole lot of time massaging stiff joints. Especially hands, wrists and elbows. I know I have some stiffness if I miss my vitamins...BUT I haven't missed any of them. I think I'll give it another day or two and then call the doc mid week if things haven't improved. Getting old sucks.

The plan for today looks like:

commute: coffee

Breakfast: Cheerios w/ ff fake milk

snack:  cajun trail mix

lunch:  Frozen entree (love the convenience & portion control)

snack:  Greek Yogurt w/ handful of granola

dinner:  fish  (David & his brother are cooking so not sure what else will be available----Tommy loves to blacken seafood....YUM)

Oh and today is annual Mammogram day. Gotta keep things in check. Hope everyone has a great day.

I completely understand about the oyster crackers. My mom used to make them as an appetizer/snack that had dry ranch dressing on them. I really need to dig that recipe out....BUT...I'd end up eating the entire batch.
