Good Morning Botts and Happy Friday:
It is hard to believe it is November 1st already. I hope you all had a great Halloween night but ours was a bummer. Not only were we dealing with the rain but it let up around 5:00 PM so great we will have trick or treaters, NO, our power went out in the entire neighborhood and we were blacked out until 7:30 PM. By that time, the treaters had gone to other neighborhoods that they could see in. I usually have about 70-90 kids, last night I had 2. Lots of candy being sent to the school this morning.....My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Vitatop
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Fiber One Cookie
Dinner: Cheese Pizza
Snack: Vitatop
Exercise: Walmart walking and shopping
Have a great Friday, have an awesome weekend and remember those vits and fluids. I still have a goblin loose out here.
I did ok with the Halloween candy....gave it all away !!
Todays eats.....Breakfast....coffee and miralax
Lunch...........ham sandwich and sugar free pickles
Snack...........apple or banana
Dinner..............tonight is our last home football game and I will probably grab something at concession. I have to work the concession and I live 10 miles from school so I just stay after school and it is either concession food, Dairy Queen, or fried chicken from a new place that opened......(I live in a small town).......Our concession grills hamburgers...so I will probably eat one....leave off the fries and maybe have a diet coke and popcorn while sitting in the stands after my shift.

Good morning! I can't believe it's already Friday! It's been kinda busy, with getting ready for Halloween. Today is a day of rest
my eats:
b: 16oz protein and coffee
l: heading to costco so sampls? And a salad at home
s: shake than Starbucks on the way to get hubby
d: heading to the hockey game so stoping for dinner

All the ghosts and goblins have decided to take up residence in our computer network...again today. The IT department is at a loss as far as an explanation goes. At least it's made for a quiet morning. My head, aka the human barometer, is hoovering near the explosion level. Between the stress and the weather, I know a migraine is coming.
The plan for today is looking like:
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: 1/2 everything bagel w/ cream cheese
snack: 1 Reese Cup
Lunch: Hotdog (tossed the bun)
snack: coffee
Dinner: Fish (not sure of the side dish)
Vitamins & meds are taken care of for the day. Got lots of fluids going in. I made my pitcher of decaf tea for the office this week and swapped out a couple of bags for the Lemon & Ginseng Green tea-----WOW!!! Crisp and subtle flavor change. I like it...alot.
Not sure what the exercise is going to be like this evening. Weather and migraine will certainly be factors. Weekend compnay wont get in until very late tonight. Hope everyone is off to a Thankful start for the month of November.

Good morning BOTTs.
Trick or Treaters don't come to my house (too far off the street and really dark) so I went to a friends house and shared the doling out of the goodies with her. Sooooo many adorable and creative costumes!! Some of my favorites were a mouse, a mermaid, a ladybug, and a little fireman complete with a stuffed spotted dalmatian dog.
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: Bbq'd chicken breast and half slice of whole wheat bread
Snack: protein drink
Dinner: egg salad and grapes
Snack: string cheese
Very happy it's Friday! Going for a walk during my break.
