Not sure what the prob is, but every time I tried to complete another sentence, the pc would act up and delete most of the post. Go figure.
Bike workout done for 60 minutes covering 8 miles. Today I ate:
B: coffee with splenda, 3 tbsps LF half & half, 3 tbsps SF pumpkin spice creamer, 1 oz low sodium deli ham
L: homemade grilled chicken w/marinara sauce, 2 tbsps parmesan, 1 c sauteed okra
S: SF Vitatop
D: 5 oz lean beef burger on sandwich thin, 1 slice RF cheddar, mustard, 1 tbsp each ketchup and relish
