Gaby:  Our bodies have a mind of their own and some times they do not want to corporate with us.  It seems we can do all the right things and still not get the results we want.  I can gain 5 lbs. on any given day just by how my body goes up and down with my fluid intake.  I know 3 lbs. can be a lot when you are doing what you can to go in the other direction.  I bet if you weigh tomorrow that 3 lbs. would probably be gone.  You are doing great with your walking during the day and remember you are climbing hills, this is just another hill to make it over.  Keep what you are doing, the results will show up.

Thank you for the pep talk, Tess.  It is a struggle but I won't let it get the best of me.  I will keep it up, at least I know that I am eating smart (for the most part) and being physical.  enlightened
